Organizational Overview
Real Life Changes was established in April 2019 as a for profit company. In 2001, Real Life Changes became CARF-accredited and licensed by Maryland Department of Health Behavioral Health Administration to provide community integration services. As a community integration program, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with and persistent co-occurring disorders by providing comprehensive behavioral health services. Our goal is to equip individuals with the tools necessary to enhance their quality of life and successfully integrate into their communities.

Building on the 2022-2024 strategic plan, Real Life Changes has conducted a thorough review of progress, challenges, and opportunities to develop a roadmap for 2025-2027.
